9/22/11 — today’s equation

Well, I’m tempted to break it into digits and do it out of sequence with:

9 = (2 + 1) * (2 + 1)

which has a certain elegance. At the same time, the sequence tempts and yields something nice:

9 = 2 ^ (2 + 1) + 1

I’m just all geeked up right now with that one!
